Thinking about adding 50mg a day for the last 6-8 weeks of my next blast. I’ve never used it before. I’ve read it’s not worth it by many and others swear by it. Can anyone chime in on their results?

I’ve been doing a lot of reading on this drug and there are a lot of good things and a lot of things that scare me. Like heart issues. However I can’t find one study that proves it causes heart damage in humans. Anyone have any input? Like stay away from it or use it?
