Just wanted to update y’all: finally got a reply from Hunter about my lost pack from 2/7. He reshipped so let’s hopefully this one delivers.

I still haven’t received my order from Feb 7. I keep emailing him as I see he updated his site but still no replies.

Nothing we can really do right now. Mods are aware of the situation. Assume it's gone and move on to another source. Had to do that myself.

Mine still hasn't delivered since the 12th when it was supposed to come. Hopefully Hunter will respond to emails soon and not exit, it was a decent order so I could use a reship.

Yeah of course. I was just looking to verify that I was seeing the correct pack and also inquire about his re-ship policy. Just radio silence which is out of character for what I'm used to with him.

Not something I wish to be posting but it seems like this is now common amongst anyone ordering from Hunter. Order placed 02/07, was marked as shipped 2/08. I believe I'm looking at the correct pack on ID but all attempts to reach Hunter have been unsuccessful. The pack I believe I can see on ID...

Yeah I should’ve checked here before I ordered. He’s been so solid for years I didn’t even think twice and felt confident when it was said to be shipped.

Having my own struggles now. Pack supposedly shipped on the 8th and I believe I’m seeing the correct package on informed delivery but have yet to hear back from him regarding the number. Pack was supposed to deliver 12th but still not here. No emails back regarding this issue either.

Is the website down? Getting a database connection error.

They did end up shipping my pack out at last. Took about 3 weeks total from payment to shipping. Very unusual for them but hopefully not a repeat occurrence.

+1 I personally would advise against ordering from Dash right now. I’ve never had any issues in the past but this situation is bizarre. Wickr messages aren’t being answered either which used to be a sure fire way to get in contact.

I finally got an email response today saying they received payment. Almost 20 days after payment was sent and multiple confirmations. Now to see what happens with shipping.

No Not sure where you saw them post since 1/8. I reached out via wickr to see if I could get a more productive response. I’m assuming I won’t be getting my pack.

Agreed something is definitely off. They’ve emailed 3 times now with the same response saying they will check the payment again.

Just following up - their emails are slightly bizarre. Got another reply saying they’ll check payment again - mind you they’ve said this two times now and I know they have received payment and have provided verification multiple times. I hope they get this sorted. Almost 3 weeks now domestic.
