I am a big fan of overnight oats, takes less than 5 minutes to prepare and less if you don't weigh it out. I am cutting so this is low ish calories.

I got prescribed mine a few months ago. Took about a few weeks to get comfortable with it. I feel slightly better in the mornings than before CPAP, but can't say for sure
i have similar test results of ~7x on 150mg of test E between two different vendors. But I also had a ~4.7 test on 500mg for around 2100ng/dl from a vendor no longer. so I dunno. Could be that more gear doesn't always keep the same multiplier, or was the gear was not as strong as advertised.
