I need assistance. I haven’t received any communication after my payment was withdrawn. I’ve sent several emails to the specified address that Syn has given. Placed an order yesterday.
4th try too, huh? Did you rewrite your email any of those times? I rewrote mine before the 4th send, so I don’t know if there was something about the previous ones that set off the spam filter.
It’s also happening to me. I think on the 4th time my email got through, but no reply as of yet. I’m assuming that’s more on account of the Labor Day weekend tho.
