4 ius a day for first time is alot! You may feel some effects but it legit does take 6+months to really start seeing a difference and a year plus to really get results from hgh. Imo you're wasting hgh doing so much in the beginning. I'd start with 2 ius. Personally I started at 2 ius years ago...
