Don't understand why this is turned into what it is. If he's not confident with someone's practice he doesn't have to order from them. He could get raws from China and do it himself.

Started comms with HP on Dec31(Monday), had my order in by that night. Was shipped by Jan2(wed) and I had in my hands by Jan4(Fri). Being it was post Christmas and during New Year’s, I was pretty surprised to have received it so quickly.
Emailed late Saturday (2O OCT) after mail goes out so pack would have to go out Monday. Emails were short and sweet, as well as replied to in a timely manner (usually within a few hours). Received pack today (27 OCT).
Shipping isn’t two day so don’t freaking order on your last pin but honestly...
