I don't know the grams but I cut back on adding so much salt to my food as I was increasing GH and noticed that meals rich in salt seemed to be correlated with more water retention the following day (maybe? makes sense but who knows)
It's not a low salt diet, probably normal salt intake now
A guy named James Dinicolantonio has done a lot of youtube videos about why people should eat more salt, fwiw
He said only like 5% of people with hypertension are salt-sensitive, and salt doesn't effect BP in the other 95% (or something like that, don't quote me)
There's really nothing special about Hospira BAC imo
It was nice when it was $4 a bottle but that's all really
Will go back to mixing it myself when my current stash runs out
I got nothing against BAC from Amazon either (what's the fuss about anyway?)
Seems like you got the protocol right but that number is pretty high
Might be overdosed GH... not like that's a bad thing, but if you're trying to dose yourself accurately, just something to consider
With daily dosing, it 100% doesn't matter if you choose Prop, E, C, sustanon, Test U, etc
The issue is at the other end of the spectrum, people trying to reduce injection frequency. That's when ester & half-life matter.
I have a friend IRL who paid for a cheap gyno surgery
Now he has one droopy nipple
Maybe you can say it causes considerable discomfort and get insurance to cover a legit surgery??
Don't mention anything about it being cosmetic. If your doctor asks, say you didn't even notice how it looks...
