Probably stay away from DBol, can raise that estrogen sky high potentially getting some gyno. Definitely add in a little Anavar. As an older guy, look into things that are easier on the body, Test,Primo, GH, little Anavar, maybe Mast, little insulin down the road, will have greater longevity...

I'm on hcg all the time, blast/cruise ~1000/wk. I like having my balls big(vanity only) and do get better loads. Yes will increase e2 but I run DHTs most of the time and mitigate my sides.

I have, I use the DHTs as my AI, use mostly Primo (75%) but still like the Mast effects of drying me a tad and the libido🍆 run about 1:1 with my test and my e2 was in mid 50s with no AI.

For sure 200+ g Protein/250+g at least, more the better on the Carbs/100<Fat. Will help get those muscles back pumped!
