First Cycle in 10+ years - How F'd up is this?

I'm 37. 6ft/221lbs - disabled vet. I've got a back injury that I've been working on strengthing and feeling much better after a few years in the gym and fixing my diet. I'm looking to build more muscle hitting a plateau I can't seem to defeat.

I'm doing as much research as I can. Wiki and scrolling and reading this forum each day picking up what knowledge I can and ignoring the "broscience" found online. I wasn't smart as a teenager and had no idea what I was doing to my body - I want things to be different this time around.

Below is a completely rough draft - I'm probably still a month away from ordering, just wanted to know if I was in the right direction.

Bloodwork will be completed prior to starting with additional round of bloodwork around 4-6weeks or as needed. This enough time? Too much time? Blood tests can be done any point/time/frequency.

18-20 Week Cycle

Option 1
Week 0: Bloodwork/Research
Week 1-15: 5 x 10mL - Test C 250mg/3d
Week 16-17: Clear Ex Test (No Pinning)
Week 18: Bloodwork & PCT
Orals (Week 1-15/18+): Anadrol(50mg/d) or Anavar(50mg/d)?
AI: Amiradex @ .5mg EOD(as needed) OR? Aromasin @ 12.5mg EOD(as needed)

Option 2:
Week 0: Bloodwork/Research
Week 1-12: 5 x 10mL - EQ 200mg/3d
Week 4-20(?): 4 x 10mL - Test C 250mg/3d (38
Week 18-20+(?): Bloodwork & PCT
Orals (Week 1-18/20+): Anadrol(50mg/d) or Anavar(50mg/d)?
AI: Amiradex @ .5mg EOD(as needed) OR? Aromasin @ 12.5mg EOD(as needed)


Experience with Arimidex and blood level/gyno/itchynips issues? Sub in TNE?
Leaning towards Anavar to reduce lower E side effects as much as possible, thoughts?

I wish I had saved the forum discussing a cycle in which it promoted healing. I believe the gentlemen was recovering from a knee surgery and while on this cycle healed much quicker than anticipated. Started with an S - I Believe. Ring a bell?

Syringes/Injection points - I've previously injected in my glutes with 23g. I didn't swap needles when I was younger - too dumb. I've seen arguments back in forth on the benefits of using a 23g to draw and 27g to poke. My plan is to use glutes and/or quads. I've also seen many folks recommend using an Insulin 27g/28g to draw/poke, thoughts? 1" required or 1/5" enough?

Candle warmer's - anybody use them prior to poking? Worth it? Just use warm water?

Should I look into HGH or SARMS? If so, can you explain why and provide recommendations?
