I'm 36 years in and in good health, and have been lifting for 14 years without any serious injuries. In the last year, I have started pulling muscles on the dumbest exercises, or having severe back issues (sharp pain and back muscles locking up) just from bending over to pick something small up. Went to my Doctor and got multiple blood panels done, everything looked great. I'm on 4IU/day HGH and take 200mg test E per week. As I'm fairly fit and active, I can't help but wonder if it's a defficieny in something? I eat about 80% carnivore and already take a bunch of supplements for my health, just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and found a solution?
