No, that’s diet. And you’ll need to be lean enough to notice most of the benefits from arimistane.
Cortisol control/reduction
Mild fat loss
Water loss/drying
Hardening of muscles
Slight estrogen control
Vascularity
Keep in mind, the higher range of dosages definitely can cause joint stiffness. Most likely due from cortisol reduction.

Yeah I saw in the description those are the benefits.
Now I know I saw a Chinese vendor sell actual raw arimistane powder.
I am just not convinced enough that the current websites online are selling actual arimistane so I will probably not be trying it.
I forget how I even came across arimistane. But it seemed like an interesting and not that harmful of a compound to try.
