best cutting stack to retain muscle ?

starting my cut after 8 months of bulking. sitting at 6'1 244 lbs probably around 14-16% bf. i was looking for advice on a cutting stack that i would be able to retain as much muscle as possible without wasting.

Blasting gear in a cut is a waste of time they say. Stay on a cruise dose of test plus some mild oral like anavar here and there and you won't lose muscle.

Moderate Deca - Gives rock hard look and vascularity

Ok but not all test and deca is dosed the same. And "2/10" of a cc of test would be what 50-60mg test weekly? Idk if it works for you then it works I guess

Does no one realize he’s joking? Deca makes you watery and fucks your hairline harder than this recession is fucking me.

Clearly, it’s not the exact same “cutting” cycle posted on every forum, but most people look like shit

Low test moderate nand is a thing and works well for cutting for a lot of people. I think this is where we lose some people in that they forget deca is npp is deca is npp lol its just a different ester and correct me if I'm wrong but a longer ester (deca) will cause more water retention than it's shorter ester (npp) variation.

Also, OP, your diet is what you want to focus on here. Put yourself into a proper deficit with macros that support your goals and run your compound(s). Sleep properly, that's crucial, hydrate regularly and trust, it's more than you think. Especially on a cycle. Train to support your goals including fasted cardio and voila you're gonna be a beast.

I will say one last thing though, Chimpanzee, I have to disagree that "most people look like shit". I really feel that's unnecessary in response to people not agreeing with the deca idea. Take it as sheer ignorance at the fault of no one person and then educate..you can only give em the info, it's up to them to employ it.

Except they’re always tren staring you in the eyes from the dark ally of my mind saying “pin me” in fading whispers.

Sorry it’s 3am and I’m in Italy and can’t sleep. This time change is fucking me so hard it’s ridiculous. And my gf is just sound asleep, showing off how well she can asleep. Smh. I should pour water on her face bc if I can’t sleep no one can.

Also yeah I've got 20 vials of parabolan staring at me but that will be later on at the end of this bulk IF I put on much fat.

Thanks for educating me, appreciate it. Did my research and you’re right. No idea why I’ve never heard of it. I just automatically thought it was a joke since deca bloats me and the guy said the deca makes you lean and dry.
 
One more, OP have you RUN a cycle or have you just been eating and training in "bulk mode" for 8 months?
yes i have ran a cycle before. ive ran 50mg anavar, 400mg primo, & 300 test when i was cutting last time. i dont like to run cycles whenm i bulk i just run trt dose test at 160 mg bc i see very good progress with 6 clean meals and training my ass off. i was just wondering what some people thought was a good stack for cutting

150 mg test
100 mg of mast
And maybe add .2-.3 of primo
This seems to help me keep as much muscle as possible, but honestly the food is the major key in this!!
