About to start my first cycle, most likely 500 test/ week. What does everyone think ab 4 pins per week at 125 mg each EOD. Trying to keep estrogen in control. Also, if I did that would alternating glutes be sufficient or should i go left glute left shoulder, right glute right shoulder?

Dude just pin twice a week and keep it simple. No need to pin cushion yourself only if its test p your running. Just run your AI, be it asin or adex, and you'll be gtg its your first cycle don't overthink it.
 
Test-E/500 MG a week. Pin Mondays and Thursdays. Pin your glutes until you get more comfortable with pinning and you can then begin to pin delts and quads.
As for estro control it depends on your body and how it aromatizes. Bloodwork and AI is the easiest, foolproof way to dial in the dosage you need.

This but Ventroglutes instead of glutes , best spot on the whole body to pin IMO .....K.I.S.S 2x a week

I pin everyday regardless of ester, blast, or cruise. Way less side effects, better tolerated, same gains. Would recommend, just gotta open up a lot of pin sites. I do delts, tris, lats, glutes, and quads

Its his first blast though, granted I've done the same thing in the past as well, but yeah he's gotta start somewhere lol.

The more frequently you pin, the more stable the blood levels, the less sides. I always pinned ED no matter what I was running, but that’s just me

Yeah I know your right but for a guy JUST starting I wouldn't recommend unless he has pinning experience etc.
